To get started, we’d like to get to know more about you. During your first consultancy call with our sales manager, we aim to get a better understanding of your needs and expectations. We will discuss your target audience, the style of travel you wish to offer, the unique features of your company and branding, among others. We intend to offer you products and services that completely match your business approach. Of course, there will as well be time for you to ask us all you wish to know about Matoke Tours, for you to learn if we are the right match.
If the consultancy call was found positive on both ends, a dedicated Matoke Tours travel consultant will be assigned to you for smooth onward communications, with the aim to build a long-lasting partnership. We match you with the right travel consultant based on your needs of expertise, and/or on language preference. We have English-, Dutch-, and German- speaking consultants, all equally dedicated and experienced to provide you with the best service.
Your travel consultant will create a first example tour proposal for you. This can be for either private or group arrangements, or an example to tailor-made services, depending on what has been discussed in the consultancy meeting. This first tour proposal will give you inspiration for your options when working with us, carefully taking all your needs and values into account.
Upon receiving the example tour proposal, your travel consultant with facilitate a 1-hour training session for you and your team, tailored to the level of knowledge you have of the destination. This session allows time for Q&A’s, and to provide suggestions for further development your products.
If you are ready to officially partner with Matoke Tours and to be granted access to exclusive content, support, and in-depth destination training services, we ask you to sign a partnership agreement. This partnership agreement aims to define the right use of content provided by Matoke Tours, and confirms the intention to partner with Matoke Tours only as a DMC in the agreed destinations, for as long as the agreement lasts.
Once you’re a partner, you will have access to our exclusive content database, with detailed descriptions of the destinations, parks and activities, supported by media that you can use to promote the destination and your tours. Once you’ve published the tours on your website or developed your travel brochures, your travel consultant can cross-check your information to ensure nothing important is missing and all information is correct. If you want to stand out as a company that offers our destinations, we are as well open to co-create on unique content pieces, such as branded video productions or travel blogs.
